Resilience in the Face of Stress

We all complain about stress, but what is it really?

Resilience in the Face of Stress is an interactive workshop that outlines the physical, psychological and behavioral indicators of stress, common causes of stress and effective ways of dealing with stress both at home and work.

The workshop is delivered by a registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience and explores the concept of resilience, the capacity to confidently face the challenges of life without stress reactions taking an unnecessary toll on us.

Participants will be introduced to a range of exercises which have been proven to moderate the impact of stress. There will be an opportunity to develop a Personal Resilience Plan, so that participants can consciously foster activities and attitudes which build resilience in every day life.
