Health and Safety Committee Chairperson

The Health & Safety Committee’s role is to resolve WHS problems and bring about improvements in the workplace. The role of the Committee Chairperson is to prepare for a meeting, conduct and facilitate the meeting, manage and action items discussed and solve problems when issues arise.

This course is designed to give the Chairperson the skills necessary to ensure the procedures of a committee meeting are followed, conduct an orderly and relevant meeting and ensure all members have an opportunity to participate.
