FIFO - Managing the Challenges

FIFO work can provide many benefits however FIFO workers also face various well known challenges. This session is designed and delivered by an experienced FIFO nurse who spent 10 years undertaking various FIFO roles that also incorporated labouring, warehousing and HR in north west Australia on various sites. It provides valuable information and effective strategies to assist FIFO workers in coping with the emotional and functional demands associated with FIFO work.

It can be delivered as a brief overview in approximately 2 hours or a more extensive half day option. We are happy to work with you to customise the content of the session to focus on specific factors to best meet your needs. We are also happy to deliver induction style sessions.
