Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (BSB41415)

Nationally Accredited Training This is a fast-track course designed for those who already have some WHS workplace experience as the course is delivered over 5 days. Ideally recommended for anyone undertaking a WHS role such as Safety Officers, Managers, Supervisors, HR Specialists, Engineers, Environmental Officers and Emergency Response Personnel.

This course aligns with the Construction Safety Competency Framework to meet the training requirements for nominated supervisors working on government funded infrastructure projects.

The Construction Safety Competency Framework resulted from a project undertaken by the Cooperative Research Centre for Construction Innovation (CRC). This industry led project identified Safety Critical Position holders and 39 Safety Management Tasks (SMTs) aligned to these positions. Completion of all 10 units of our Certificate IV WHS incorporates all 39 SMTs and stimulates discussion for participants on how to integrate this framework into their existing company strategies.
