Service Guidelines - COVID-19 & Infection control

Update 29/07/2021
Please be aware that our Sydney clinics and Wollongong Clinic are within the Red Zone of Greater Sydney & Wollongong (https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/rules/greater-sydney-workers) and anyone visiting the Red Zone must abide by the Stay at Home Order for 14 days from their visit to the Red Zone. Please contact the relevant clinic if any concerns regarding your appointment.

Covid Red Zone

Update 18/07/2021
IOH Clinics will continue to operate during the heightened lockdown stage. Our consultants will also continue urgent community and client workplace services. If we can provide your service remotely or deem it can be postponed we'll contact you and any relevant parties to make arrangements.

For clients attending our clinics the wearing of face masks and sign in are required. If our staff are visiting you we request that you wear a mask and alert them if your Covid-19 situation changes.

IOH has also implemented an isolation policy for any staff exhibiting signs of Cold and Flu, including immediate Covid-19 testing. As our health facilities do not deal in communicable diseases we must unfortunately insist any clients and visitors to IOH sites or clients we are visiting elsewhere are not symptomatic or been classified as requiring quarantine.
